The automation that comes with Australia's biggest door range. Roller, sectional and tilt drives all serviced by the same crew that works on the door.

Steel-Line
Steel-Line garage door openers and F-linX automation are serviced, repaired and replaced across Perth by our technicians. Because Steel-Line makes roller, sectional and tilt doors, the drive on your door depends entirely on which type you have — we identify it on site and quote the actual work rather than a generic opener repair.

Steel-Line is Australia's largest door manufacturer and supplies automation under the F-linX name alongside its doors. Because the door catalogue spans roller, sectional and tilt, the opener on a Steel-Line door is not one thing: a roller drive beside a drum, a rail drive above a panel-lift door and a tilt door's drive are three different machines with three different failure modes.
That matters when you ring. "My Steel-Line motor has stopped" tells us less than "my roller door motor has stopped", and the second version is what gets the right part onto the van. If you are unsure, a photo of the head unit and one of the door from inside answers it instantly.
The faults themselves are ordinary. Travel and force limits drift over the years and a door starts stopping short or pressing hard at the floor. Capacitors and gears wear, particularly on a drive that has been fighting a door with tired springs. Remotes lose their pairing. All of that is repairable, and we check the door's balance before deciding the drive is at fault.

Most call-outs end in a repair. Here is how we decide — and what we would say if it were our own garage.
We fit belt-drive openers with soft start and stop, a safety reverse and phone control, matched to the weight and type of your door rather than to whatever is nearest to hand. The old unit goes with us, and the technician who quotes it is the one who fits it.
A motor is only ever as good as the door under it, so the springs and balance get checked and set before the new opener is trusted with the weight.

Call with your address and we will give you an arrival window, not a whole-day wait.
Tell us whether the door is a roller, a sectional or a tilt — that single detail decides which drive we bring parts for.
